Broadridge has built a state of the art Inventory Management & Fulfillment system that encompasses all compliance requirements of the Notice & Access Rule to provide warehousing and distribution of material for a full year after the Annual Meeting as required by the SEC.

Our unique technology allows Broadridge to provide a single Inventory Management & Fulfillment platform for all shareowner segments including beneficial, registered and plan participant shareowners.

The Broadridge Fulfillment application provides the mailing of packages to shareowners within three days upon receiving their request via proxyvote.com, email or toll-free #. The Fulfillment application includes an e-mail notification system to alert the Issuer (or Issuer’s designated Agent) when the material counts fall below pre-set inventory thresholds for fulfillment.
